A busy motorcycle dealership is looking for a Junior Service Advisor to join their team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn, grow, and build a future in the service department.  You don’t need motorcycle experience — but a genuine interest in bikes will definitely set you apart.  Training will be provided, making this role perfect for someone currently working as a Bookings Clerk, Service Admin, or even a Technician looking to move into a customer-facing position.

The Role

• Assist customers with service bookings and enquiries
• Liaise between customers and the workshop
• Support the Service Advisor with daily operations
• Ensure accurate job card administration and updates
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service

Requirements

• Some motor dealership experience is essential
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Interest in motorcycles (advantageous)
• Valid driver’s licence
